DOSAGE AND USE: · Prior to initiating treatment with LuciSeta, discontinue use of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) inhibitors, endothelin receptor antagonists (ERAs) or aliskiren. · Initiate treatment with LuciSeta at 200 mg orally once daily.
